While many AI chat interfaces are limited to one-off conversations, Claude Web is designed for ongoing engagement where the AI accumulates understanding of your work over time. The key to unlocking that potential is managing context deliberately rather than treating each conversation as a blank slate.

Claude Web uses the conversation thread as its primary context unit.
